Hi I’m Brittany Holmes, attorney and founder of LowcoTerra Law Firm.
I started my legal career as a criminal defense attorney. After years in criminal court, I shifted my focus and became a divorce attorney. This is where my passion for estate planning and asset protection unfolded. I saw firsthand how quickly a lifetime of work could be divided or depleted in the absence of a thoughtful plan.
I founded LowcoTerra Law Firm (formerly The Holmes Law Firm) to help families avoid that outcome. The name LowcoTerra reflects my roots in the Lowcountry and my commitment to building a solid foundation—terra firma—for your legacy.
